Our company is accredited by BRE to produce Energy Performance Certificates and our staff are qualified and experienced in carrying out Energy Rating Surveys.

What are EPC's?

We accept that for landlords, the need to have an EPC for every house let from January 2009 is onerous and we therefore recommend that best use is made of the visit. We can offer numerous surveys and services while carrying out your Energy Performance Survey, thereby ensure better value, reduction in rental loss and minimal disruption – all in only one visit.

Advertising Lets

We have negotiated preferential rates with national and regional newspapers to ensure appropriate advertising for property lets. The adverts can be done as part of a global advert or designated with your own logo and corporate identity.

Shortleeting Applications

In response to adverts countless applications maybe received. Our service includes a checking and shortleeting service ensuring that you are advised of all applications falling within your set criteria and listed in order of “suitable match” for the properties concerned.

Viewing

To assist minimising void periods we offer a viewing service which can follow on from the advertising and shortleeting service. Our staff will ensure the applicant is shown round the property and any issues raised brought to your attention.

Void Inspections

Our qualified and experienced staff can inspect void properties and contact your maintenance department or contractors directly, to ensure compliance with your lettable standards. This leaves your staff free to ensure quality on completion of the repairs.

Handyman Services

It is not always necessary to instruct a tradesman to carry out certain repairs when a handyman would do. Work such as cleaning between lets, minor repairs, clearing houses can be left to us, possibly linking in with our void inspection service.
